Energy Alignment:

Energy healing (Reiki) involves harmonising our life force, often referred to as chi, prana, or ki. This gentle and safe practice aims to clear stagnant energies from our physical, mental, emotional, and subtle bodies. By tuning into your energetic field, I collaborate with you to create a healing session aimed at empowering you and elevating your vibrational frequency.

  • Before starting the energetic alignment, we will discuss your healing intentions, considering physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Clients often experience meditative states, restful sleep, or insights into emotional factors during the session. Afterward, we will review the session's revelations and strategies to maintain healing, address root causes, and identify energetic barriers.

    Post-session, you may experience integration and adaptation, with possible physical, emotional, or mental shifts. Each session is unique, as Reiki aligns with individual needs, helping release what no longer serves you. It's best to approach it without expectations to fully engage in the experience. You'll receive a follow-up email with additional insights and suggestions for your healing journey.

  • Energy Alignments begin at $100 for your first session, while returning clients enjoy a rate of $80.
